Simple strength session log, 2 to 3 times a week

Track strength sessions in one simple place while you and your prescriber handle the big decisions. The app is planned to help you log workouts, notice patterns, and keep an easy record of strength training on glp1 during tapering, stopping, or maintenance.

Medical disclaimer. This page is for tracking and education only. It is not medical advice and it never recommends doses. Talk with your prescriber or care team before you change, lower, or stop any medication. Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, and Zepbound are named only to describe what readers search for.

What you log

The strength log is planned as a simple record of each session you enter yourself. It will not suggest exercises, validate your entries, or tell you what to do with your medication.

You may be able to note the date, the muscle groups you worked, and a short session note. The app is also planned to help you keep an eye on a basic weekly rhythm, with a target of 2 to 3 sessions a week shown as a tracking goal inside the app.

That can make strength training on glp1 easier to review later, especially if you want one place to look back at your routine and share it with your care team.

Why a simple log

A short log can be easier to keep up with than a more complex fitness tracker. Some people just want a clear record of what they did, when they did it, and whether their week felt consistent.

The CDC advises adults to do muscle-strengthening activity on at least 2 days a week, working all major muscle groups, in addition to 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity a week. The app is designed for tracking only, not for setting your plan.

If eating or exercise feels hard, it may help to talk with a clinician. The goal here is to notice patterns, not to judge them.

Free and Pro limits

The strength log is planned for both the free tier and Pro. The app is not live yet, and the price will be shown in the App Store purchase sheet once the app is live.

Free and Pro will both keep the log on device, with no account. You will be able to export and delete everything from the app.

Pro is planned as an optional subscription that adds to the free reference tools and calculators. The app will still stay focused on tracking, not medical advice.
